What payment terms do you support for wholesale OEM orders?
PayPal may be accepted for eligible small trial orders, while T/T wire transfer is generally used for approved bulk orders. Deposit and balance ratios, currency, fees, receiving account and due dates are valid only as stated in the verified pro forma invoice or signed contract. A cross-border receiving account, if used, will appear only in those verified documents; alternative terms for established large-volume partners remain subject to commercial and credit review.

Negotiated exclusivity or a full copyright assignment may be available for eligible original or commissioned patterns. It becomes effective only after ownership, third-party rights, territory, term, usage scope, fee and transfer terms are verified and recorded in a separate signed agreement; no wider market exclusivity is implied.
Do you support third-party factory inspection before shipment?
Buyer-appointed independent inspection may be arranged before shipment, subject to advance booking, factory safety and confidentiality rules, inspector credentials, agreed inspection scope, cost allocation and the acceptance criteria stated in the order documents.
